Horseback Riding

This was not on my list...this is on my friend Des' "list." I went horseback riding this afternoon. She found a spot that gives free lessons on Sundays, so we met up and tried it out. I've never been horseback riding so I was game...

It was muddy from yesterday's rain, a horse tried to get my attention by grabbing onto my shirt, but it was actually fun. Surprisingly enough I didn't even do too bad. I got a horse that was pretty cool and I didn't bust my ass...I even managed to get my horse Twist up to a moderate pace, so I'll consider it a success. Here's me with my new "friend"

At the end of the lesson. Next time I'll have to remember to bring some carrots.
